We are currently seeking a enthusiastic Team Lead of Accounting  to join our team based in Vievis/Vilnius, Lithuania (with hybrid work option). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the GL accounting  functions within our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing financial processes to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the tax team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members (8FTE).
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including timely and accurate tax filings (work with BiG4)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving financial processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and mitigate financial risks.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.

Our expectation:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in accounting/ tax or audit consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Lithuanian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards is a plus.
• Experience in process optimization, digitalization or ERP change is highly welcome
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Lithuanian language is a must, English – a strong plus.

Financial offer:

• Base monthly salary from €4000 to €4500 (before tax)
• Quarterly bonus scheme based on performance (15% on target)
