Our client - UAB Baltic Opportunity investment company is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join its team in Vilnius. 

The company owns the "Technopolis Ozas" business park - the largest real estate transaction in the Baltic countries in 2023. In this pivotal role, you will help the senior management to manage investor interests and support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and operational data analysis for senior management
• Prepare and deliver regular written and verbal reports to investors
• Collaborate with the team to align data collection, business plans, budgets, and KPI targets with broader business objectives
• Assist with key asset management initiatives, particularly commercial decisions around leasing and capital expenditures
• Support and engage in investments, restructuring, and refinancing, contributing to feasibility, underwriting, and execution stages as needed
• Participate in business and asset valuation processes
• Assist in implementing a business management system to support growth and reporting

Our expectations:

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or finance with a proven track record of delivering results
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• High proficiency in financial modelling, Excel and Power BI
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Motivated and ambitious to gain industry knowledge and practice, with the ability and desire to generate new ideas
• Highly motivated, capable of multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, self-starter with the ability to work independently
