The Opportunity

Our client – premier international manufacturer of high-performance metal facade constructions - NorDan UAB – is expanding its team and looking for talented Estimators to contribute to exciting projects across Scandinavian, UK, and Irish markets.

NorDan UAB, as part of NorDan Group, is one of the leading window and door manufacturers in Scandinavia and Nordic Europe. The group consists of 9 subsidiaries with 12 factories, 32 sales units and about 2350 employees spread across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, UK, Ireland and China. In 2022 the group had a turnover of €470M.

NorDan UAB have designed, developed and produced high quality modern window and door solutions since 1994. In addition to supplying market leading aluminium systems, NorDan UAB is also home to the VENTA WINDOWS brand of uPVC products sold in Norway and the Baltic countries.

In this role You will:

• Prepare estimations for windows, doors, facade structures based on drawings quantities and specifications;
• Accept orders and control their execution;
• Collaborate effectively with NorDan group sales managers, consult them from technical perspective;
• Cooperate with representatives of aluminium systems and other suppliers.

We expect You to:

• Have a degree in construction engineering or related field;
• Have a proven track of records in structural calculations and analysis;
• Understand Scandinavian and/ or UK building regulations, codes and standards;
• Have experience working with Wictop, Sapa Logic, Techdesign, LogiKal or SchuCal design programs;
• Communicate fluently with international colleagues in English;
• Be able to effectively manage projects, coordinate work with different department teams, meet project deadlines;
• Be result oriented, comply to customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Base monthly salary: 1800 € - 2500 € (after tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
