Our client, SBA Home, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager (Plant & Business Development) to join the ambitious team in Lithuania. The job is hybrid with 4 working days on site, Klaipėda region + 1 working day remote.

About the Role

The General Manager (Plant & Business Development) is pivotal in steering our manufacturing operations and business development to new heights. This role is designed for a visionary who is passionate about fostering sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and team leadership within a fast-paced environment as well as category /business development.

Your Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives, exploring new markets and opportunities for product category expansion.

Drive plants' operations to ensure the achievement of production targets and quality standards.

Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and streamline business processes.

Prepare and manage the plants' budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum profitability.

Navigate the competitive landscape, adapting strategies to maintain our market leader position.

Working knowledge of business finance and performance metrics.

Fluency in both Lithuanian, English.

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
