New Business Development Manager (Next-Generation Living) @ SBA Group

Our client, SBA Group, is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced New Business Development / Operations Manager to join the ambitious team in Lithuania. He/She will be co-creating and executing a forward-thinking project that redefines modern living through sustainability, technology, and self-sufficiency. About the Role
New Business Development / Operations Manager will work closely with Strategic Business Development and Innovation Development and the Board. He/She will lead the co-creation and operations of the new next-generation living project. The key features of the project include:
- A next-generation energy system that harnesses renewable resources, ensuring efficient and sustainable energy production and distribution.
- Advanced systems designed to ensure year-round access to essential resources (i.e. food), reducing reliance on external supply chains and supporting local sustainability initiatives.
- A high-tech waste management system that automates recycling, composting, and energy recovery to maximize sustainability.
- Smart infrastructure solutions that support eco-friendly mobility and efficient management of essential resources such as water, energy, and waste.
- A digital platform providing residents with real-time data on utilities and resources, enabling seamless management of their living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Planning and Execution: Leading project realization strategies from inception to completion.
- Financial Management: Overseeing the financial aspects of real estate development projects, including modeling, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage international teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Development: Further development of innovative real estate project concept, focusing on sustainable and profitable business models.
- Investor Relations: Conducting thorough research to identify and engage potential investors, securing necessary funding for a realistic kick-off.
Our Expectations:
- Entrepreneurship: Experience in developing a new business from scratch (Real Estate, Health areas is a plus) or/and participating in a process within a larger team;
- Operations Management and Development: Hands-on practical experience of running new business, process optimization, owning P&L;
- Strategic Planning: 2+ yrs of experience in implementing international projects. Former, current Board member experience or aspiration to become one (growth mindset);
- Attracting Investments: Experience of identifying and engaging investors, securing necessary funding;
- Product and Service Innovations Management: Track record of innovation implementation, preferably in relevant areas;
- Partnership Building, Ecosystem Creation: Experience in creating partnerships / community building and networking;
- Understanding of ESG / Sustainability: Understanding, having experience or/and personal interest in sustainability;
- Brand Building and Marketing Strategy: Basic understanding of how marketing, digital/PR/brands works is a plus;
