About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and evolve our people strategies across SBA HOME entities. Reporting to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner in advancing human resources policies, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the growth of innovative HR solutions. You will oversee an HR team committed to aligning HR initiatives with our ambitious goals and fostering a culture rooted in growth, innovation, and operational excellence. 

This role has opened due to an internal promotion, and we are committed to ensuring a supportive onboarding for a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to guide change management processes aligned with modern manufacturing practices.

• Lead and refine the HR strategy across SBA HOME and subsidiaries, ensuring it aligns with overarching business goals and values.

• Design and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

• Manage organizational development initiatives, including training, leadership development, and succession planning. SBA HOME serves as a role model within our group for leadership development and other learning initiatives.

• Drive initiatives that promote innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.

• Oversee labor relations, compliance, and HR best practices to maintain a productive, legally compliant workplace.

Requirements

• Senior HR leadership experience, preferably in complex, multi-entity organizations within the manufacturing, retail or industrial sectors.

• Proven ability to guide organizational transformation in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of successful HR initiatives.

• Familiarity with international HR practices.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and manage HR functions across multiple entities.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
