The Opportunity
Global Lithuanian Leaders (10.000+ global professionals, 60+ countries and 28 clubs) is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chief Executive Director. The ideal candidate will bring a combo of vision + execution + social entrepreneurship. The role offers a platform to represent global members in building an open, competitive, connected, innovative, thriving global Lithuania.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Vision: Collaborate with the Board to define GLL's vision, strategic direction, and growth strategy.
Strategic Planning & Smooth Execution: Develop a comprehensive strategic plan focused on achieving financial sustainability and driving growth. This plan will serve as a roadmap for the organisation, enhancing GLL's visibility within the professional community and expanding its membership base.
About Global Lithuanian Leaders:
GLL is a high-impact, non-governmental, not-for-profit platform that connects Lithuanian professionals worldwide, fostering international opportunities for Lithuania and members of our community. Since its founding in 2009, GLL has expanded into a community of over 10,000 business leaders, scientists, civil servants, scholars, other professionals, and artists from more than 60 countries, including 30 professional clubs worldwide.
Position Details:
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
Commitment: Full-time.
Key Objectives:
Lead the organisation towards becoming the most valuable network for Lithuanian talents worldwide.
Secure sustainable partnerships and funding to support meaningful activities and projects.
Manage and administer the organisation, its ecosystem, and projects effectively and with agility.

Compensation:
Salary: €1750 -2,000 net, based on experience + competence set
Bonuses: 5000€ + yearly, based on funds raised.
