TRIBES client - agribusiness and food industry holding AB Akola Group, is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to join its team in Vilnius.

In this role You will focus on: Enterprise risk management and business continuity management on Group level; trainings; periodic reporting to the Management; coordination of Risk Management and Business Ethics Supervision Committee’s activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Organize, develop, and monitor internal audit processes in various companies.

Identify key audit areas and prepare annual audit plans.

Conduct internal audits and present reports.

Provide recommendations and areas for improvement.

Evaluate internal control systems, operational risk management, and other key areas.

Requirements:

Higher education in law, finance, or economics.

2 years of experience in internal audit positions (experience in the financial sector is a plus).

Certification in internal auditing (CIA or equivalent).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Critical thinking, initiative, and result-oriented.

Proficient in English and Lithuanian.

Skilled in using MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Self-confident and positive personality.
