About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer, an accomplished  professional with a proven track record of leadership at the director or C-level. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of TOP management team and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the full cycle of supply chain (purchase, inbound &outbound logistics, warehousing) that would enable ambitious business KPI's.

This role demands exceptional expertise, vision, and operational rigor to meet the challenges of a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with SBA HOME’s business goals and sustainability values.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for the organization.
  
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
• Lead 3 functional units, inspire, and manage a diverse team of 150 professionals across geographically dispersed offices, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Manage and optimize large procurement budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and company priorities.
• Implement cutting-edge tools, systems, and processes to streamline procurement and supply chain operations.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks in supply chain and procurement activities, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director or C-level) in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, retail or global operations sectors.
• Strong background in managing large procurement budgets (minimum €20M+) and complex global supply chains.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to make strong influence with external and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement impactful procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and managing large, diverse teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English &Lithuanian is a must.

Remuneration offered 

• Monthly base salary - 10 000 € gross
• Annual Bonus based on the company and personal performance - up till 30%
