The Opportunity:

Our client - global investment management company, is looking for an Operational Specialist in the Investor Relations department to join its team in Vilnius.

The company has a proven track record of delivering consistent performance for over 15 years in a strategy focused on utilities, industrials, commodities, and infrastructure globally. Company has offices in Cayman Islands, London, New York, and Gibraltar.

Our expectations for the candidate:

• University degree
• 2+ years of relatable work experience, preferably in financial sector
• Excellent knowledge of English, oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Power Point in particular, Power BI skills would be an advantage
• Results oriented with can-do attitude

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Updating and maintaining the CRM system, recording investor dealing
• Co-ordinating Investor Relations meetings and creating pre-meeting reports
• Updating monthly newsletters and presentations
• Updating performance databases
• Assisting with Investor and Fund Administrator queries
• Assisting with internal and investor reporting through visualizing the data
