With assets under management nearing €245 million and a track record of high-performing commercial projects like VERDE (Riga), Sand offices (Vilnius), Kauno Dokas, etc., we are entering a new phase of growth and strategic expansion.

We are now looking for a highly capable and ambitious CEO to lead Capitalica into its next chapter. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with operational precision and is motivated by delivering results with lasting impact.

Your Mission You will take full ownership of Capitalica’s strategic direction, performance, and organizational culture. Working alongside investors, partners, and internal teams, you will drive growth, strengthen market positioning, and ensure Capitalica operates with the highest standards of professionalism, ESG compliance, and stakeholder trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategic goals in line with shareholder expectations
• Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team toward operational excellence
• Expand product offerings and identify new market opportunities across the region
• Manage investor and stakeholder relations with credibility and clarity
• Maintain disciplined performance and risk management across the investment portfolio
• Uphold Capitalica’s ESG, transparency, and governance standards in all operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in investment management, capital markets, or real estate finance (min. 5 years in a senior executive role)
• Strong understanding of fund management business models and portfolio structures
• A track record of building and scaling business operations in competitive, regulated markets
• Ability to navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and lead with confidence
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
