Our client - Transport Innovation Association, is looking for an energetic and communicative Community Coordinator to join its team in Vilnius.

Our expectations for the candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of English, oral and written

• Skilled in MS Office applications

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate collaboration and communication with association members

• Prepare content in Lithuanian and English for the association’s website and manage its administration

• Assist in preparing activity reports, materials for member meetings, and newsletter content

• Help organize events and visits for association members (e.g., member meetings, trainings, international fairs, annual forum, and business missions)

• Manage office supply needs and assist with general facility coordination
