Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Leasing Department to oversee leasing processes. As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for creating and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and leading a high-performing team to maximize occupancy and profitability across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income, leveraging market analysis to identify opportunities and minimize risk.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a small team using clear KPIs, driving high performance while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, renewals, and expansions to align with both company and tenant needs.
• Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining leasing processes and integrating digital solutions for improved decision-making.
• Establish and manage leasing budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
• Work closely with management teams to ensure alignment across projects and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leasing management within the real estate sector, with a proven track record in lease negotiations and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Experience in process management and standardization, particularly in real estate leasing, is a strong plus.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting related to property leasing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a results-driven, high-performance culture.
