Director of Maintenance and Asset Management

Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role responsible for both the strategic development and operational effectiveness of Ecoservice’s fleet maintenance and asset infrastructure. You will lead two key areas – vehicle maintenance and technical infrastructure – modernize processes, and contribute to the company’s innovation and sustainability agenda.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and implement the asset and maintenance management strategy
• Oversee transport, infrastructure, and technical operations (70+ people)
• Modernize processes through automation, digital tools, and preventative maintenance
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and capital investment initiatives
• Ensure infrastructure and fleet safety, compliance, and performance
• Guide and develop team leaders and specialists across technical divisions

Candidate Profile
• 5+ years in operations, maintenance, or asset management leadership
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Background in engineering, industrial technology, or related field
• Strong project and change management skills
• Fluent in both - Lithuanian and English
