Business Client Sales Manager
The Opportunity:
Our client - ReCar e-commerce platform builder, operator, and scaler supporting hundreds of car dismantlers worldwide, is now looking for a Business Client Sales Manager to join its team in Vilnius.
ReCar helps its clients to run their operations efficiently and connect with global marketplaces to sell used auto parts. ReCar mission is to help businesses reduce waste, consume less energy, and contribute to a cleaner planet by extending the life of auto parts.
About the Role:
ReCar is growing and looking for a Business Client Sales Manager to take ownership of expanding our B2B client base through our parcel logistics solution, Sendversal.
Sendversal is a smart shipping service that enables businesses to compare prices from over 18 carriers and choose the most efficient delivery options worldwide. To support your outreach, you'll be provided with a curated list of potential business contacts, helping you focus on building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and close new B2B opportunities with mid-sized and large businesses
- Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and proposals to negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance
- Translate customer challenges into tailored logistics solutions
- Gather feedback from the market to help shape and improve our offering
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in operations, product, and customer success
Our expectations for the candidate:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (business development or active sales roles)
- 1+ year of experience in logistics or transportation services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
