The Opportunity:

Our client - ReCar e-commerce platform builder, operator, and scaler supporting hundreds of car dismantlers worldwide, is now growing and looking for a DevOps to join its team in Vilnius.

ReCar's end-to-end system simplifies and automates every step of used parts management - from real-time warehouse control and multi-channel product uploads to order processing and automated warehousing.

What you will be doing:

You will add to our in-house tech team. As a DevOps you will work closely with developers across multiple technologies and help us build, optimize, and scale our bare-metal Kubernetes infrastructure. You will work closely with developers to ensure scalability and high availability as well as improve observability, reliability, and security across the platform.

Our tech stack includes: Kubernetes (K8s), Gateway API, Cilium CNI, CI/CD, ArgoCD, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.

Our expectations for the candidate:

• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, container orchestration & networking;
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and CI/CD automation;
• Proficiency with MySQL, Redis, and queue management;
• Strong Linux and scripting skills;
• Comfort working in multi-language environments (Laravel, Python, Node.js, etc.);
• Experience with workflow automation tools;
• GitOps mindset and infrastructure as code (e.g., Helm, Kustomize) would be an advantage.
