About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Units' & Development Director to oversee and grow three distinct service lines within Ecoservice. This role involves full operational and commercial responsibility, leading strategic initiatives, ensuring profitability, and driving continuous business transformation across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop three business lines at different levels of maturity, ensuring operational efficiency, sustainability, and growth (Territory Maintenance Services, Portable Sanitation, Wastewater Services (MAP))
- Drive performance through KPI monitoring, process optimization, and efficient resource use.
- Lead commercial development in the B2B sector, including public procurement and expansion into private markets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with municipal and private clients.
- Evaluate new projects and business initiatives from a financial perspective, manage P&L, and ensure ROI.
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of business plans and strategic goals.
- Build and lead a capable team—set goals, monitor progress, and support employee development.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing businesses and/or large-scale projects.
- Strong competence in structuring, developing, and modernizing operational and business processes.
- Project management and strategic planning expertise.
- Advantageous: understanding of fleet-based service operations and public procurement.
- Preferably familiar with LEAN methodologies and practical application.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing technical and field staff.
- Ability to stay focused and effective under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Higher education degree.
- Fluent in English (required for board-level communication and international collaboration).
- Valid driver’s license.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Gross salary: €6,800–7,400/month
- Annual bonus: Up to 3x monthly salary (based on performance)
