To strengthen the Group Finance function, we are now looking for a Finance Control & Consolidation Expert to join the central finance team in Vilnius.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who wants to deepen their experience in group consolidation, budgeting and financial reporting. Working closely with the Group Finance Manager and collaborating with different subsidiaries, you’ll gain a broad understanding of holding-level finance and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
You will be part of a small, experienced team where tasks are divided across the function, which would also give room to learn, grow, and take ownership in several finance areas.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual Group and subgroup IFRS and management-level consolidation processes.
- Take part in the Group budgeting process – assisting with annual and quarterly planning, coordination, and result analysis.
- Support the coordination and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, and assist in advising group companies on required information and compliance.
- Help prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and support the audit process.
- Prepare and contribute to management reports and analyses for the Group’s leadership and Board, including budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Assist in monitoring banking and loan covenants to ensure compliance with financial agreements.
- Support international income tax and related compliance activities
What we're looking for
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit. Big4 experience will be a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent Excel skills- knowledge of Power Query/Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and comfortable with working in a dynamic group environment.
