CFO/Head of Finance @ Wood Line, UAB

Location: Vilnius (onsite)

We are partnering with UAB Wood Line, a growing and ambitious company operating in the furniture and interior solutions industry.

Wood Line works closely with manufacturers across Europe and combines B2B distribution with retail channels, serving both business clients and end customers. The company manages a broad product portfolio, inventory, and multi-channel sales, with a strong focus on commercial performance and growth.

With ongoing expansion – including a retail launch in Tallinn (Estonia) and future plans in Latvia and Scandinavia – the business is entering a new phase where financial clarity, structure, and data-driven decisions are key.

We are now looking for a CFO/Head of Finance to join the team and take ownership of the finance and IT coordination function (outsourced function). The finance team is primarily focused on accounting and statutory reporting, meaning this role is centered on business finance, financial control and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L, cash-flow, and key financial KPIs

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Drive cost efficiency and margin improvement initiatives

• Deliver clear, decision-ready financial reporting

• Act as a business partner to the CEO and management team

• Manage working capital (inventory, receivables, payables)

• Coordinate ERP development and BI transition (Power BI) with external partners

• Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements (incl. accounting)

What we are looking for

• Experience in FP&A / Finance Controller / similar roles

• Background in trading, distribution, or retail business

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis

• Ability to provide clear, structured insights for decision-making

• Exposure to ERP systems (Navision / Business Central – a plus)

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI – a plus)

• Ownership mindset with a strong “get things done” approach

• Positive attitude and energy

What’s offered

• Fixed salary: around €6,000 gross/month + performance-based bonus
