TRIBES Search in partnership with a Baltics-based engineering services company is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale engineering business across the region.

This is a confidential search for a senior executive with strong experience in technical services, facility management, construction engineering, or industrial project management environments. The company operates across the Baltic States, delivering complex engineering, maintenance solutions to enterprise and public-sector clients.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead business operations
* Drive commercial performance and profitability
* Manage multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams
* Strengthen client relationships and strategic partnerships
* Oversee transformation, efficiency, and process optimization initiatives
* Develop and execute long-term market expansion plans

Ideal background:

* Proven leadership experience in engineering, technical services, construction, infrastructure, or FM sectors
* Strong commercial and operational management track record
* Experience leading large teams and multi-country operations
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
* Baltic market experience is considered a strong advantage
* Lithuanian and English language

Location: Vilnius
Compensation: approximately EUR 10,000–13,500 gross/month + performance-based bonus + executive benefits package
