The Opportunity
TRIBES Search is partnering with a confidential Baltic B2B company serving the furniture and manufacturing industries through a broad portfolio of products, solutions, and technical expertise.
The company is entering an ambitious growth phase, with plans to increase revenue over the next three years, strengthen commercial excellence, expand into new customer segments, and establish retail operations in additional Baltic markets.
To support this next stage of growth, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales who can bring structure, accountability, customer proximity, and strong leadership to a multi-channel commercial organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and joining a highly engaged executive team driving business transformation and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a commercial organisation of 10+ professionals across sales, customer service, and retail channels.
Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and margin performance
Strengthen key account management and increase executive-level engagement with strategic customers.
Establish clear sales processes, KPIs, forecasting discipline, and accountability mechanisms.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales managers and commercial leaders.
Ensure effective delegation, performance management, and execution across the commercial organisation.
Contribute to the successful launch of retail operations in the Baltics.
Identify opportunities to expand existing product portfolios and introduce new product categories.
Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and the CEO on strategic growth initiatives.
Build a customer-centric culture with regular market presence and strong customer relationships.

Your Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
Proven 5+ years experience leading B2B sales organisations in furniture, wood or related industries.
Experience managing teams and commercial operations.
Strong understanding of both strategic sales leadership and day-to-day execution.
Demonstrated ability to build structure, implement KPIs, and drive performance through people.
Excellent coaching, delegation, and leadership skills.
Commercial curiosity and willingness to spend time with customers and teams in the market.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
Lithuanian and English language
