Head of Finance (Future CFO Track) | Remote

Following exceptional commercial growth and an upcoming international funding round, the company is entering its next stage of expansion.

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Finance with the potential to grow into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role as the business continues to scale globally.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join an international, venture-backed technology company at a pivotal stage of growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will become a strategic finance partner to the leadership team, Board of Directors, and investors while building a finance function capable of supporting rapid international expansion.

This role combines strategic finance, FP&A, investor reporting, fundraising support, financial modelling, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial strategy.

• Build investor-grade financial models and business planning scenarios.

• Prepare Board and investor reporting.

• Support fundraising activities and investor due diligence.

• Own SaaS and business performance metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Burn Multiple, Runway, Forecast Accuracy and related KPIs).

• Manage cash flow, capital allocation and financial performance.

• Coordinate accounting, tax, audit and finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Build and develop the finance function as the company scales.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity or venture-backed technology companies.

• Strong FP&A and financial modelling capabilities.

• Experience working with Boards, investors or shareholders.

• Exposure to fundraising, financing or M&A projects.

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.

• International business experience.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.
