We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company with a strong export footprint across Northern and Western & Central Europe.

The company is entering its next stage of development and is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the business. While the role carries full responsibility for the company's overall performance, the immediate priority will be to focus on commercial momentum, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational performance.

• Define and execute the company's long-term strategy and business objectives.

• Take full ownership of the company's P&L and overall business performance.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and commercial partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's international market presence.

• Work closely with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure market needs are translated into competitive products and effective execution.

• Lead, develop, and inspire the leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Represent the company with customers, business partners, and other key stakeholders.

Your profile

We are looking for a commercially driven business leader with a strong manufacturing background.

You bring:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Business Unit Director, or in another senior leadership role with full business responsibility.

• A successful track record of driving business growth in an international B2B manufacturing environment.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing long-term customer relationships in export markets.

• Experience working with international customers, distributors, sales partners, or agent networks.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, product development, and cross-functional business leadership.

• Experience managing full P&L responsibility and leading organisational change.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution.

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
