A leading real estate investment and development group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a rapidly growing commercial real estate platform managing more than 100k m² of premium office, retail and mixed-use assets.

The portfolio combines landmark operating properties with newly developed commercial projects entering the market. As the organisation continues to expand, the CEO will play a key role in maximising portfolio value, accelerating commercial performance and integrating newly completed developments into a unified operating platform.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio value creation

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for a growing commercial real estate portfolio.

• Maximize occupancy, rental income, tenant retention and overall asset value.

• Lead the commercialisation of newly developed office and mixed-use projects from pre-leasing through stabilisation.

• Identify opportunities to increase portfolio performance through repositioning, optimisation and value creation initiatives.

• Partner with shareholders and the Board on portfolio strategy and long-term growth.

Commercial & property management

• Lead leasing strategy and build long-term relationships with key tenants.

• Oversee property management, technical operations, tenant fit-out projects and customer experience across the portfolio.

• Ensure operational excellence through effective cooperation with internal teams and external service providers.

• Drive digitalisation, automation and AI-enabled process improvements.

Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary commercial, leasing and property management teams.

• Build a performance-driven culture focused on customer experience, innovation and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who has

• Executive leadership experience in commercial real estate, asset management, investment management or property management.

• Proven success in creating value across commercial real estate portfolios.

• Strong commercial mindset with experience in leasing, tenant relationship management and portfolio optimisation.

• Experience working with both operating assets and newly developed commercial projects.

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and organisational leadership.
