Your Mission

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall business performance, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term competitiveness.

You will lead the organization across commercial activities, operations, engineering, project execution, supply chain, finance, and people management while working closely with the shareholders on the company's future development.

• Has experience leading a manufacturing company, business unit, plant, or a significant manufacturing function with full accountability for business performance.

• Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership approach.

• Has a strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, engineering, and project-based business environments.

• Demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Has successfully led organizational transformation, operational improvements, or business growth initiatives.

• Inspires people, develops leaders, and builds high-performing organizations.

• Is comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

• Communicates fluently in English and Lithuanian.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, construction-related products, furniture, building materials, or other engineer-to-order environments would be considered an advantage.
