About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Bridges) to lead the execution of bridge and other transport structure projects. You will be responsible for managing construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction of bridge, viaduct and other transport infrastructure projects.

• Plan and manage project execution, schedules and resources.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

• Ensure compliance with technical documentation, quality standards and HSE requirements.

• Monitor project budgets, costs and progress.

• Collaborate with clients, designers, supervision engineers and public authorities.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

• Prepare project reports and participate in project meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing bridge or major transport infrastructure construction projects.

• Higher education in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Valid qualification certificate authorising work as a Construction Manager for special engineering structures (or equivalent qualification recognised within the EU).

• Strong knowledge of bridge construction technologies and construction processes.

• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Good understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• English language proficiency; additional Baltic or Eastern European languages are considered an advantage.

• Willingness to travel to project sites across Lithuania.
