The Opportunity

Our client, ERA Family Office, is a first-generation family office based in Lithuania, managing a diversified investment portfolio across public markets and real assets in the Baltic States. As the firm continues to grow its investment activities, it is looking to strengthen its team with an Investment Analyst who will contribute to investment research, analysis and the identification of new opportunities.

In this role You will:

• conduct fundamental research on listed companies and sectors across global markets, analysing business models, competitive positioning, industry dynamics and key value drivers.

• analyse financial statements, company performance and operating metrics, while building and maintaining financial models and valuation frameworks.

• identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through independent research, market screening and thematic analysis.

• develop well-supported investment cases, including investment theses, valuations, catalysts, key risks and expected return potential.

• monitor existing portfolio companies, tracking financial results, corporate developments, industry trends and changes to the original investment thesis.

• follow relevant macroeconomic, industry and capital market developments and assess their potential impact on portfolio companies and new opportunities.

• contribute actively to investment discussions, portfolio reviews and decision-making alongside the investment team.

• prepare concise research materials, investment memoranda and presentations for internal discussions and senior stakeholders.

We expect You to:

• have relevant experience in equity research, investment analysis, asset management, investment banking, private equity, consulting or a related analytical field.

• demonstrate a strong interest in global public equities and fundamental investing.

• have a solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance and valuation principles.

• be able to conduct independent research and translate complex information into clear, well-reasoned investment conclusions.

• possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.

• be proficient in financial modelling and Excel; experience with Bloomberg or other financial data platforms is an advantage.

• have fluent English and Lithuanian strong written and verbal communication skills.

• be comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative investment team.

• bring a proactive mindset, genuine curiosity and motivation to continuously learn, develop and improve as an investor.
