Are you ready to lead some of the largest and most complex corporate financing transactions in Lithuania?

TRIBES Search is partnering with Swedbank, Lithuania’s largest bank for business clients, to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Large Corporate Clients team.

This is a strategic role at the forefront of major financing transactions across real estate, energy, infrastructure and other capital-intensive industries. You will act as a trusted financial partner to leading Lithuanian businesses, working directly with senior executives and shareholders to structure complex financing solutions and drive transactions that contribute to business growth and the wider economy.

The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to high-profile transactions and an opportunity to influence financing strategies in some of Lithuania’s most important industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop long-term strategic relationships with existing and prospective large corporate clients across real estate, energy, hospitality, telecommunications, construction, transport, infrastructure and other capital-intensive sectors.

- Originate, structure and lead complex financing transactions, balancing client needs with the bank’s risk appetite and commercial objectives.

- Identify opportunities to provide broader banking solutions, including cash management, financial markets and trade finance products.

- Lead cross-functional deal teams, coordinating credit analysis, legal, treasury, financial markets and other specialists to ensure successful transaction execution.

- Assess clients’ financial performance, creditworthiness, sustainability risks and long-term business prospects.

- Develop in-depth expertise in selected industries and contribute to sector-specific lending strategies and best practices.

- Guide and develop corporate relationship managers and specialists working alongside you.

The Ideal Candidate

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

- At least 4 years of experience in large corporate lending, structured or project finance, or corporate finance.

- Proven track record in structuring and executing complex financing transactions within a bank, financial institution or advisory firm.

- Solid understanding of corporate banking products, including lending, cash management and treasury solutions.

- Ability to independently develop and manage relationships with large corporate clients, business owners and C-level decision-makers.

- Strong commercial mindset, financial and analytical capabilities, negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Salary

The gross monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 5,259 to EUR 7 850 depending on the candidate’s experience, expertise and level of seniority.
